We accept most insurance plans including Illinois Medicaid. If you live in Illinois and
are pregnant, we are an approved Pregnancy Enrollment Center and can enroll you
for MPE (Medicaid Presumptive Eligibility) which provides coverage immediately.
If you have private insurance or require a referral, we recommend calling the
member services phone number on the back of your insurance card and confirming
your coverage regarding your services.
If you live outside of Illinois or are not eligible for Illinois Medicaid, we can connect you to several Abortion Funding Organizations that can povide the financial assistance you need. It is best to contact us with questions regarding cost. We accept cash, credit cards, and FSA/HSA cards that have a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Logo on them.

Generally, for in-office appointments, we recommend allowing an hour for a
Medication Abortion appointment and anywhere from 1 to 4 hours for an
Abortion Procedure appointment depending on your gestational age. As
each pregnancy is unique and pregnancy care is very unpredictable, we
recommend leaving enough time during and after your appointment in the
event of any unexpected or unforeseen circumstances.
We also offer Telehealth (Video/Telephone) appointments. For these
appointments, you do not need to come to the office and the entire
appointment is conducted virtually, from the comfort and safety of your own
home. Currently, this is only available for Illinois state residents.
04. What will happen during my appointment?
When you arrive at the office, your will check-in and complete any

full set of vital signs, review of past medical history, and performing an
Ultrasound as needed. You will then meet with and discuss all your options
with a medical provider and together decide the best option for you. You will be provided and explained all consent forms for any of the services being

up plans will be discussed at the conclusion of your visit, including how to do

Uncomplicated termination of pregnancy (Abortion procedure
or Medication Abortion) poses virtually no risk to a woman’s future

Home Care Instructions provided to you after your procedure.
