We accept ALL Illinois Medicaid Plans. Illinois Medicaid provides coverage for all abortion services, with no out of pocket expense for patients.

There is NO FEE for Abortion Care if:

You Have Illinois Medicaid Coverage OR
You are Eligible and Willing to Apply for Illinois Medicaid Coverage. You may apply on-site at your appointment for same-day coverage for all your services.

In-Network Insurance Plans

We Accept Most PPO / HMO Insurances. For In-Network Insurances, We Are Able To Provide General Gynecological Services Including Birth Control Visits, STI testing, as well as abortion services.

Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO We will need to call your insurance to check for coverage of elective abortion services
BCBS Community Health Plans/BCBS IL MMCP
Blue Cross Blue Shield- HMO of Illinois We are able to accept BCBS HMO insurance for abortion services only. With an HMO plan, the patient will be responsible for obtaining a referral.

Illinois Medicaid - Full Coverage medical benefits only; Not Limited, COVID-only coverage.
BCBS HMO plans require a PCP referral and Medical Group Approval prior to your appointment.

We are able to accept Out-of-Network PPO Insurances such as Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana PPO, Aetna PPO/POS, and others as well. For Out-of-Network Insurances, we try our best to provide you with an estimate of your out of pocket cost depending on your insurance coverage. Often insurance can help to reduce your out of pocket expenses. We will call to check your insurance coverage before your visit, but in some situations we are given incorrect information. If your insurance does not cover your services, after they are billed, you will be asked to pay our Self-Pay Rate. If you have questions regarding your coverage or in regards to how your insurance company handles your medical health information, you should contact your insurance carrier using the customer service phone number located on your insurance card.
