Cervical Dysplasia
A diagnosis of Cervical dysplasia can lead to cervical cancer; the third leading cause of cancer death in women. In the US cervical cancer remains the sixth most commonly diagnosed cancer. Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is the cause of the cancer
Pap Smear Test
The Pap smear is a screening test for cervical cancer.
HPV Test
We offer high risk HPV testing. We also offer HPV vaccinations.
Endometriosis

We offer treatment of your heavy or irregular periods by endometrial ablation, which allows most women to return to their busy schedule the next day. We also offer other treatments, such as medical treatments or hysterectomy, to your individual needs if endometrial ablation does not meet your needs.
Adenomyosis
If and when endometrial tissue exists within and grows into the muscular wall of the uterus instead of normally lining the uterus then you might have Adenomyosis. If you have severe and debilitating symptoms then we will discuss treatment options including hysterectomy. We can advise you if you are contemplating pregnancy or are pregnant and suffer from Adenomyosis.
Fibroids
Uterine fibroids are the most common benign muscular tumor affecting the female reproductive system. They affect about 30 percent of women ages 30-45

Menopause

Menstrual Disorders
Any irregularity in a women's menstrual cycle is diagnosed as menstrual disorders. The menstruation disorders can be related to flow, the menstrual cycle period length, ovulation and cramps. The cramps and painful menstruation is usually classified under Dysmenorrhea.
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)
Albeit most women report bloating and breast tenderness however medically PMS is classified largely as the emotional and physical symptoms related to the later stage of menstrual cycle and is mostly related to the hormone progesterone levels in the woman. We also diagnose and treat the more severe case of PMS called Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).
Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID)
If you are having unusual odor due to an abnormal vaginal discharge, dull pain in around lower abdominal area, painful urination and other symptoms it could be because there is an infection of the female reproductive organs and it could be diagnosed and treated as PID. Usually, it manifests because of a sexually transmitted disease or an occasions due to an intrauterine device (IUD). If left untreated it can cause irreversible damage to female reproductive organs and consequently may lead to infertility. We offer diagnosis, treatment and support.
Ovarian Cysts
Cysts are fluid-filled sacs that can form in the ovaries. They are very common, particularly common during the childbearing years. However, based on symptoms like abdominal pain, uterine bleeding, or heaviness/bloating in abdomen we can use Ultrasound or CT scan to diagnose and advise on the proper treatment plan, medical or surgical.
Pelvic Floor Disorders
If you are unable to control the muscles in your pelvic floor which includes bladder, uterus, rectum to have a bowel movement then it is called pelvic floor dysfunction. Normal people will relax the muscle to have proper bowel, however people with pelvic floor dysfunction contract these muscles. This causes incomplete bowel movements.
Pelvic Organ Prolapse
If you have the feeling of bearing down, leg fatigue, lower back pain, or suffer from stress incontinence and you had multiple vaginal births then you could have Pelvic Organ Prolapse. However, mild prolapse is usually discovered during routine pelvic exam. It may manifest when bladder, rectal, uterine tissue bulge into the vagina because of Pelvic weakness or laxity. We offer detection of Perineal Descent, Rectal Prolapse as well as other Pelvic Organ Prolapse condition.
