You may be eligible if you're within 12 weeks of your last menstrual period and don't have any medical conditions that might conflict with the medication.
How much do missed period pills cost?

Why do some people want period pills?
People may want period pills for several reasons. They may want their period back without knowing if they're pregnant, since period pills don't require a pregnancy test beforehand. They may not want to wait for a positive pregnancy test and have to schedule an abortion. Still others may want to end a possible pregnancy or restart a late cycle in the comfort of their own home.
How effective are period pills?
Period pills are very effective. Depending on the regimen, when taken within 7 days of a missed period they can be over 92 percent effective. When taken within 2 to 3 weeks of a missed period, they can be 92 to 98 percent effective.
How do missed period pills work?
The pills work by causing the uterus to shed its lining. If you’re pregnant, this safely ends the pregnancy. If you're simply late, your period will restart. Either way, you remain in control of your body.
Do period pills have side effects?
Like any medication, these pills have some common side effects. Fortunately, side effects are mild and may include nausea, fatigue, low-grade fever, diarrhea, vomiting, and chills that resolve on their own within a few hours.
What should I expect after taking them?
Most people experience cramping and bleeding 1 to 4 hours after taking misoprostol, the second medication. Some say the experience is like a heavy period.
